Terms of Service

1 · Acceptance of these terms

Welcome to MyCampingShirt.com (the "Site"), operated by MyCampingShirt ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Site, our products, and any related services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2 · The service we provide

MyCampingShirt designs, produces, and sells apparel and accessories — printed in the USA — for campers, RV crews, partner campgrounds, and event organizers. The Service includes our retail catalog, custom design tools, partner program, and special-order workflow for bulk and event orders.

3 · Your account

You may browse the Site without an account, but to place orders, save designs, or access partner features you may need to register. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information when you sign up.
• Keep your password secure and notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account, and at least 18 to make purchases or enter into contracts with us.

4 · Orders, pricing, and payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud or pricing errors. We will refund any payment for canceled orders.

Payment is processed through reputable third-party providers (such as Stripe). By placing an order you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for the full order amount, including taxes and shipping.

Sales tax is collected where required by law.

5 · Production and shipping

Our standard retail catalog products are printed on demand and ship within 3–7 business days. Delivery times depend on the carrier and destination. Estimated arrival dates shown at checkout are not guarantees.

Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by the carrier after handoff, though we will work in good faith to help you resolve such issues.

6 · Returns, exchanges, and refunds

Because most of our products are printed on demand, returns are limited to items that arrive defective, damaged in transit, or are materially different from what you ordered. Email us at wendy@mycampingshirt.com within 14 days of delivery with photos and your order number and we'll make it right with a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Special and custom orders (see Section 7) are not eligible for return except for production defects.

7 · Custom and special orders

If you place a custom or bulk order through our Special Orders flow, the following additional terms apply:

• Quote and deposit · A written quote will be issued. A non-refundable deposit (typically 50%) is required before production begins. The balance is due before shipment.
• Artwork and approval · You are responsible for providing artwork in a usable format or approving the mockups we send. By approving a mockup you accept the design as shown; we are not liable for typos or imperfections in approved artwork.
• Turnaround · Standard turnaround for custom orders is 7–14 business days after deposit and approved artwork. Rush production is available for an additional fee.
• Minimums · A 12-piece minimum applies to most special orders.
• Logos and marks · By submitting a logo or other mark you represent and warrant that you have the right to use and reproduce it.

8 · Intellectual property

The Site, our designs, brand assets (including the Chester character and related marks), photography, copy, software, and all other content (collectively, "Our Content") are owned by MyCampingShirt or our licensors and are protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit Our Content without our prior written permission.

Your content · If you submit artwork, photographs, text, or other material to us (for example, for a custom order or partner submission), you grant MyCampingShirt a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content as necessary to fulfill your order, operate the Service, and (where you've opted in) feature your project in our marketing.

9 · Acceptable use

When using the Service you agree not to:

• Submit artwork or copy that is unlawful, infringes a third party's rights, or is deceptive or misleading.
• Use the Site to send spam, harvest data, or attempt to compromise its security.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers/networks connected to it.
• Use the Service to produce hate speech, harassing material, or content that targets protected classes.

10 · Third-party services

The Service integrates with third-party providers, including (without limitation) payment processors (Stripe), print-on-demand manufacturers (Printify and contracted print providers), shipping carriers, email and SMS providers, and analytics providers. Their handling of your information is governed by their own policies; please review them.

11 · Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

12 · Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyCampingShirt, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with the Service.

Our aggregate liability for any claim arising under these Terms is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim and (b) $100.

13 · Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MyCampingShirt from any claim, liability, loss, damage, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your breach of these Terms.

14 · Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason — including violation of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limitations, indemnification, and governing law) will survive.

15 · Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted at this URL, with the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes will be communicated through the Site or by email when feasible. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

16 · Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The exclusive venue for any dispute will be the courts of competent jurisdiction in the United States, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
